When I assembled the table the instructions referred to all the legs by the same part #, so I assumed they were interchangeable - but they are not - there are 2 front and 2 rear. Sure, I could have examined each one, and seen a difference, but instead I read the instructions and followed them. Then I disassembled 2 legs and switched them. When I put the knob on the drawer I hand tightened - not even thoroughly. I turned around and heard a crack - the mirror front of the drawer had cracked at the screw hole for the knob. Apparently there is a bigger hole behind the screw hole in the mirror front and the mirror was compressed inward. Again, no warning of "don't tighten" in the part about installing the knobs.-----------------After dealing with customer service at Uttermost and having them completely fix our problems, with charm and speed, I have to raise them to a 5-star.
